“Academic excellence meets Mediterranean hospitality.”
We partner with the top-tier accredited institutions across Albania, including the University of Tirana, Polytechnic University, and several prestigious private universities specialised in Medicine, Architecture, and Business.
Our network is curated to ensure that every student we place receives an education that is recognised both locally and internationally within the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).
AlbStudy serves as the primary regional hub for international recruitment agencies. We provide specialised local insights, handle logistical student support in Tirana, and manage direct communications with university registries. We offer a transparent commission structure and dedicated partner portals for tracking applications.
Generally, students need to provide: 1) High school diploma or Bachelor's degree (Apostilled/Legalised), 2) Official academic transcripts, 3) Proof of language proficiency (English or Albanian depending on the program), 4) Valid passport copy, and 5) Motivational letter.
University admission typically takes 2–4 weeks. Once the admission letter is issued, the Ministry of Education equivalence process (mandatory for international students) can take an additional 3–5 weeks. We recommend starting at least 4 months before the semester begins.
Yes, visa support is a core component of our concierge service. We guide students through the E-Visa application process, help organise the required financial proof documents, and assist with the local residence permit (leje qëndrimi) once the student arrives in Albania.
Our end-to-end service includes academic counselling, document translation/notarisation, university application management, visa advisory, airport pickup, and assistance with finding accommodation in Albania's vibrant student neighbourhoods.
